UPS Upgraded Shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day & Next Day Air) or USPS Express (Next Day):
For all “in stock” orders, received before 12:00 PM EST, those shipments will be shipped out the same business day otherwise it will be shipped out the next business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories:
Shipments to these destinations require either USPS Priority, Parcel Post or First Class (3 to 9 Days) Delivery. Shipping to these areas may require an additional charge depending on weight and dimensions. We will notify all customers before shipping
APO/FPO & Orders Requiring Delivery to a P.O. Box:
These will ship via USPS Parcel Post or First Class. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.
Canadian Shipping:
For our friends in Canada we use UPS Ground Canada or USPS International. There is no express shipping or free shipping to Canada, sorry. Customers from Canada are responsible for all duties and import fees with their purchase. Please do not use the International Shipping tab at check out, use the normal process but select Canadian in the preferences field.
International Shipping:
Norprowebstore now ships all international orders via UPS and USPS. Orders will be delivered in 10 to 15 business days. You may pay using international credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. UPS/USPS will process your payment and guarantee delivery. You'll also be able to track your order when it's shipped via UPS and USPS.
